Covid-19 Chandrapur: The district reported 220 fresh novels Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases — Fourth-Day lowest single-day spike — and 12 fatalities in the last 24-hours. In the day, a total of 571 people successfully recovered from the virus-borne disease, taking the number of cumulative recovered to 76 thousand 728.
According to the official report, out of 220 total positive cases, Chandrapur Municipal Corporation Area 56, Chandrapur Taluka 17, Ballarpur 27, Bhadravati 37, Bramhapuri 03, Nagbhid 02, Sindevahi 10, Mul 14, Sawali 05, Pombhurna 08, Gondpipri 13, Rajura 02, Chimur 01, Warora 08, Korpana 15, Jivti 01 and 01 patients from other places.
With the latest update, the total number of cases has surged to 82,010 while the number of deaths rose to 1423.
On the day 571patients were successfully recovered from the virus-borne disease taking the numbers of total recovered patients at 76 thousand 728.
After the fresh updates, the total active cases in the city now stand at 3 thousand 859 including asymptomatic cases advised for home isolation.
