Covid-19 Chandrapur: The number of people recovering from corona in the district is increasing regularly and this is a matter of great relief for the district. The district reported 298 fresh novels Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and 02 fatalities in the last 24-hours. In the day, a total of 553 people successfully recovered from the virus-borne disease, taking the number of cumulative recovered to 78,186.
According to the official report, out of 110 total positive cases, Chandrapur Municipal Corporation Area 71, Chandrapur Taluka 26, Ballarpur 54, Bhadravati 24, Bramhapuri 8, Nagbhid 02, Sindevahi 06, Mul 05, Sawali 04, Pobhurna 09, Gondpipri 05, Rajura 27, Chimur 02, Warora 22, Korpana 29, Jivti 01 and 03 patients from other places.
With the latest update, the total number of cases has surged to 82,605 while the number of deaths rose to 1441.
On the day 553 patients were successfully recovered from the virus-borne disease taking the numbers of total recovered patients at 78,186.
After the fresh updates, the total active cases in the city now stand at 2,978 including asymptomatic cases advised for home isolation.
